DAY I: La Costa Divina
Arrive at the breathtaking Amalfi Coast and check into your luxury hotel. Our private transfers will usher you to Vettica and the esteemed Ristorante Da Ciccio, a family-run gem for generations. The day concludes with welcome cocktails and a sumptuous dinner.
DAY II: Conca Dei Marini Revealed
Post-breakfast, a luxurious private boat awaits at Amalfi Harbour to transport you to one of the coast’s most ravishing bays. Enjoy time at one of Italy’s top beaches, followed by a memorable lunch at La Tonnarella, Jacqueline Kennedy’s haunt. Conclude the cruise with a tour of the mesmerising Emerald Grotto, a serendipitous discovery by a local fisherman in the 1930s.
DAY III: In the footsteps of Ulysses
Enjoy waking up to breakfast over views of the Tyrrhenian Sea followed by a private transfer to the quaint town of Bomerano. Today is your opportunity to complete the Path of The Gods trail. After a sample of the delights at Caffeteria Il Ritrovo you will be guided through one of the world’s most scenic walking trails. You’ll gaze upon the Li Galli island, the fabled haunt of mermaids who once seduced Ulysses. The trek culminates in the charming cliff-side village of Nocelle with a reserved lunch at Ristorante Santa Croce. Your afternoon is for relaxing and perhaps a swim before an evening of flavours at Pesce D’Oro in Vettica, renowned for its seafood since 1959.
DAY IV: Campania’s Culinary Delights and a Historical Spa Retreat
After conquering The Path of The Gods, today’s agenda is a feast for the senses. A private transfer whisks you to picturesque Positano for a unique cooking class at Marina in Cucina. Prepare a delectable five-course meal under the guidance of Chef and Sommelier Marina Tipaldi, then savour it with selected wines amidst breathtaking terrace views from private Villa Cocles. After lunch you can enjoy a stroll through gorgeous Positano before the day mellows at The Spa at Monastero Santa Rosa, a 17th Century beautifully restored monastery. The day culminates at a truly remarkable restaurant, Terraza Duomo above the lights of Piazza Duomo in the heart of Amalfi.
DAY V: Isles of Romance – Capri and Ischia
An early departure sees you boarding a private luxury charter to the enchanting isles of Capri and Ischia. Discover captivating sights like the Faraglioni, Blue Grotto, Anacapri, and Villa San Michele. On Ischia, the thermal springs and majestic Mount Epomeo beckon. The day closes with a sunset cocktail aboard your charter.
DAY VI: Pompeii – A Glimpse of Antiquity
Post-breakfast we embark on a guided tour of the enigmatic Pompeii. Mount Vesuvius erupted in the early hours of 25 August 79 CE (AD) with a force 100,000 times greater than the bomb dropped on Hiroshima. What remained was a hidden time-capsule of the Roman Empire providing a unique snapshot of life from that era. Refreshments await at Hortus Pompeii Restaurant followed by unwinding by the sea at Lido Capo di Conca back on the Amalfi Coast. The evening promises romance with a dinner at Ristorante Al Mare in Hotel Santa Catarina.
DAY VII: Farewell, Amalfi
Relish a final breakfast by the sea with some leisure time before departure. Our concierge remains at your service for any travel assistance.
